Craft to Career
1. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in any program, reserving a cohort seat, or using the Craft to Career website (https://crafttocareer.site), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from enrolling or using our services.
2. Programs & Cohort Structure
Craft to Career provides mentor-led design education, case-study guidance, and career communication tracks. Cohorts operate on defined start dates and multi-week schedules as stated during registration. Live critique sessions, workshops, and review schedules are communicated to registered students prior to cohort commencement.
3. Reservations, Fees & Access Model
Craft to Career employs a reservation-first payment and cohort access model:
- Seat Reservation: Paying the designated seat reservation amount secures a provisional seat in the selected cohort.
- Provisional Access: Reserving your seat provides provisional access to the upcoming cohort from the scheduled cohort start date.
- Balance Window: The remaining balance of the program fee must be completed within 7 calendar days of your reservation.
- Overdue Balance & Temporary Suspension: If the balance remains unpaid after the 7-day payment window, future program access may be temporarily suspended until the outstanding amount is settled. Student records are retained, and access can be restored upon completion of the balance.
- Cancellation: Course enrolments are cohort-based with limited capacity; voluntary cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4. Program Scope & Outcome Disclaimer
Craft to Career provides education, mentorship and career guidance. The program does not guarantee employment, internships, freelance opportunities, salary levels or any specific career outcome. Individual outcomes depend on factors including effort, skills, portfolio quality, communication, experience, opportunities and market conditions.
5. Intellectual Property
All curriculum frameworks, presentation decks, recordings, exercise briefs, and proprietary methods provided by Craft to Career remain the exclusive intellectual property of Craft to Career.
Design work, wireframes, case studies, and artifacts produced independently by participants belong entirely to the individual creators.
6. Community Conduct & Collaboration
Participants agree to conduct themselves constructively, ethically, and respectfully within all cohort discussions, critique sessions, and community communication channels. Harassment, unauthorized commercial solicitation, or disruption of sessions may result in termination of community access.
