Craft to Career

1. Enrolment Commitment

All course enrolments are considered final once payment has been completed. Due to the cohort-based and mentor-led nature of the program, voluntary cancellation or withdrawal after enrolment is generally not eligible for a refund.

Each cohort maintains strictly limited seat allocations to ensure personalized attention, direct mentor critiques, and interactive peer discussions. Reserving a seat prevents other applicants from securing that position.

2. Pre-Payment Review Recommendation

Participants are encouraged to review the program structure, duration, curriculum, support, cohort schedule, fees and terms before making payment.

3. Seat Reservations & Balance Payment

Craft to Career operates a reservation-first partial payment model for scheduled cohorts:

• Provisional Access: Paying the applicable seat reservation amount reserves your place and grants provisional access to the scheduled cohort from its start date.
• 7-Day Balance Window: The remaining program balance is payable within 7 calendar days of your reservation date.
• Overdue Balances: If the balance remains unpaid after the 7-day payment window, future program access may be temporarily suspended until the outstanding balance is settled. Student records are retained, and access can be restored upon completion of the balance.

4. Program Delivery & Resolution

If Craft to Career is unable to deliver the program substantially as described, or there is a material change that affects the promised service, participants may contact the support team for resolution.

Any applicable resolution will be handled in accordance with the applicable terms and consumer laws.
